Tentative Agreement on Salary Benefits 2007 Joint Statement of the United Teachers of Pasadena and the Pasadena Unified School District February 10, 2006 (Pasadena, CA) On February 10, 2006, the United Teachers of Pasadena and the Pasadena Unified School District reached a comprehensive tentative agreement ending the impasse that arose during their 2004-2005 contract negotiations. Through this tentative agreement, the parties have also completed contract negotiations for the 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 school years, reaching a new three-year agreement. The bargaining teams will now present the tentative agreement to their respective Boards and/or members for adoption and ratification. Both teams look forward to sharing the details of the agreement with their respective stakeholders. The tentative agreement is available on the Association’s website (www.utofp.org), and will soon be available on the District’s website (www.pusd.us).
