ARTICLE XXVIII
COMPLETION OF MEET AND NEGOTIATION
28.1 This Agreement constitutes the full and complete commitment between both parties and is intended to cover all matters relating to wages, hours, and all other terms and conditions of employment, and during the term of the Agreement neither the District nor the Association shall be required to meet and negotiate on any further matters affecting these or other subjects, except as provided for in Section 28.2 below.
28.2 This will be a three year contract (July 1, 2003-June 30, 2006). In 2004-2005 there will be reopeners on salary and benefits and three Articles of each parties’ choice. In 2005-2006, the parties will negotiate reopeners on salary and benefits and two Articles of each parties’ choice. The parties agree to commence negotiations on reopeners no later than September 1, of each year reopeners. |
